For 1st – 3rd floor of complement A 16 condomiums are planned. One of these extends over
two living levels and two are wheelchair accessible. In both staircases a lift enables barrierfree
access to all units.

The flats oriented towards the inner courtyard provide an open floor plan. Balconies, roofdecks
and glazed bay windows are directed to the courtyard. Kitchen, living-room and dining-room have got
